PURCHASES AT THE COMPANY HEADQUARTERS ADDRESS
PICKING UP GOODS IN PERSON AT THE COMPANY ADDRESS
Goods can be purchased at the address Sv. Nikole Tavelića 1, 32281 Ivankovo, on working days from 5 pm to 9 pm, but prior to coming in personally, we kindly request that you call beforehand the telephone number 099 203 4922 to confirm that someone will be present at the above address.
MANNER OF PAYMENT
Products can be ordered via e-mail, the contact form or by telephone, after which an offer will be sent to the customer as soon as possible. If a certain product is not available in the warehouse, the customer will be informed in a timely manner using the contact details provided when ordering the product.
Upon taking receipt of the product, the customer is obliged to check for possible product damage and immediately lodge a complaint to the delivery person who delivered the goods, or, refuse to take receipt of the consignment for which there is visible external damage.
PRICELIST AND TYPES OF DELIVERIES
Packages are sent through HP Express. Delivery for the Vukovar-Srijem and Osijek-Baranja Counties is free of charge, whereas delivery prices for other parts of Croatia are charged according to the current pricelist of Hrvatska Pošta (Croatian Post).
Dispatched goods usually arrive within 48 hours and in most cases after being sent, within 24 hours, which does no include Sundays and Saturdays, with exceptions for the islands where deliveries may take up to 5 days.
MANNER OF PAYMENT
• Payments to the giro account
Payments are made after the order is made based on information stated in the offer. Payments can be made at bank branches, post offices or via Internet banking. We send the goods once the payment is visible on our account which ordinarily is one working date after the payment.
• Payments upon receiving goods
Payments are handled by the deliverer when delivering ordered goods.
RETURNING GOODS AND COMPLAINTS
Customers are entitled to return goods in the following cases:
• Delivery of goods which have not in fact been ordered,
• Delivery of goods which are faulty or damaged which has occurred during transport.
